It is software that is installed on your host’s server.

On the next page, click the "Your Files" button in the top left.

The File Manager will open, giving you access to your server's files. Navigate to the location of the file(s) you want to edit on your website.

Your online service provider could be your bank, an online store or e-commerce website, Pay Pal, your email, or your private blog.

If it's hosted elsewhere, edit the DNS record for your domain and point it to the IP address where the site is hosted. Select "Design Your Pages" to load the designer and make final modifications before you make the site live.

Click "Preview" to view how the website will appear in the browser when you make it live. Locate the first block in the Zone information labeled "A (Host)." Locate the line in that block that has an "@" sign in the Host column, an IP address in the "Points To" column and "1 Hour" in the TTL column.

In addition, Go Daddy also offers tools to help you manage, update and edit your site once it's live.

You can take advantage of Go Daddy's built-in FTP tool to modify your website without downloading an additional FTP client.

If your domain is registered through Go Daddy, the process for making your website live on the Internet is different depending on whether you also use Go Daddy to host the site.
